Is a rental inquiry a confirmed booking?
No. An inquiry starts the review process. Your rental is only confirmed after terms are accepted, agreements signed where required, and payment verified by AbbyyRentals.
Do I upload my driver's licence?
No. AbbyyRentals does not store or request licence images online. The rental provider verifies your licence in person at vehicle handover.
Does uploading a bank receipt confirm payment?
No. Receipts help our team match your transfer, but payment is only confirmed after manual verification with banking records.
What does Promoted mean on a listing?
Promoted vehicles are paid placements from approved suppliers. They are sorted with clear labelling and must still meet our listing standards.
Can I cancel after submitting an inquiry?
You can cancel from your dashboard while the rental is not yet completed. Specific fees depend on the cancellation terms proposed for your booking.
Do you guarantee availability?
We show vehicles that pass our filters at search time, including date blocks where data exists. We do not promise guaranteed availability in marketing—confirmation requires a verified booking.
