Before confirmation
You may withdraw an inquiry or cancel a pending request from your customer portal unless a binding agreement and verified payment already apply.
After confirmation
Fees may apply according to the supplier's proposed cancellation terms and Australian Consumer Law where relevant. Contact AbbyyRentals if your plans change—we will explain options based on rental status.
No-shows and late returns
Late return and no-show charges are governed by your rental agreement. AbbyyRentals may assist with mediation but does not unilaterally waive supplier terms.
