Submit a rental request
Share dates and preferences. This starts a conversation—it is not a confirmed booking.

Review proposed terms
When rates, bonds, and rules are proposed, accept them in your customer portal.

Sign the agreement
Electronic signing records your consent. Licence checks still happen in person at handover.

Pay and verify
Transfer funds as instructed, then submit evidence if asked. Receipts help matching—they are not proof until verified.

Pick up and drive
Collect the vehicle (or arrange delivery where offered). Return it on time per the agreed terms.
